M was reading a book about something that referred to people's genes and she asked me.. What is Di-nah? (think dinner with a funny accent)?

When M asked me why her father always went away I said he had to because of work. I assured her that I never leave. Before I could finish my sentence she blurted "But you went to Paris." I said, Yes but that was one time in six years. Response: But you went.
Hard to have her forget anything. Jeesh.
