In Cahoots!

J's mouth looks like he is missing teeth because his baby teeth are so small and moving around in there. His top row looks awful. I found a note under his pillow (M's handwriting bien sur) asking the tooth fairy to knock out his top two teeth.  Should I punch them out while he sleeps? I know they want to share the fairy loot!
