Sweetness In A Crib

A was complaining in her crib. I just put them to bed and say good night. L, aka "Cici" massages them until they are asleep (or trick her into thinking they are). A called out for Cici (dagger to my heart) and I began to hush her and rub her back. After a minute I was just hushing but not touching her and I saw V was rubbing her back. She eventually noticed but was happy anyway. I cannot think of anything sweeter than that. My feisty rough A being soothed by her chatterbox other half. Who says they cannot sleep in the same bed until college?
