I am sorry to have disappeared. I was not very successful with doing anything challenging yesterday, so I will attempt to start today, Dec 2, which will bring me to Dec 31. For 30 days I will:
1. do my back exercises
2. floss
3. try to not yell at kids (and make sure to apologize if I do)
4. read every day (I am in the middle of two good books)
5. no carbs in the evening
6. no fried food
7. support this cause
that's all I got.

ReplyDeleteI love this! But in my own oCD way I feel like I can't start cause it's December 4th!! (4 days late and an even number! Grr.) But I'll think on it. Maybe mine will be a 30 Day suggestion.
ReplyDeleteLet that OCD go. I had to when I realized Dec 1 was over and had to start on Dec 2. See it as a jump starting of all those new year resolutions that are always useless. commit to 27 days or 20 or 30 (who cares if it is january!) of something!
